THE DROP MODEL
ZFX Apparel operates strictly on limited capsule drops. Once an item sells out, it enters the vault and will never be restocked or remade.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Standard domestic delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are sent via SMS.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
> Every piece from Drop 01 to Drop 03 is engineered in-house using heavy 240 GSM cotton or custom linen-blends with high-density premium prints.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the hyper-limited nature of our drops, we only offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. No cash refunds are processed.
AUTHENTICITY CHECK
Every official ZFX product features a high-density embroidered neck label and silicon side tags. Beware of third-party resellers.
